Apple is suing a former employee, who later joined Oppo, accusing him of conspiring to steal trade secrets relating to Apple Watch and to disclose them to rival Oppo. He attended several meetings with Apple's technical members to learn about their work. He allegedly sent a message to Oppo saying he was working to “collect as much information as possible”.
