Apple has abruptly halted development of cheaper Vision Pro headset to redirect resources toward AI smart glasses that could rival Meta's Ray-Ban lineup, Bloomberg reported. The iPhone-maker will reallocate its staff from the Vision Pro revamp project to accelerate work on at least two smart glasses models. The glasses are reportedly designed to rely heavily on voice interaction and AI.
