Apple has responded to reports claiming that scratch marks were seen on the back panel of multiple iPhone 17 series devices, which users suspected were signs of wear and tear. Apple said the marks aren't scratches but material transfer, which are removable with cleaning, caused by worn MagSafe stands in some stores. Apple said it's working to address these problems.
