US-based firm Fintiv has sued Apple for allegedly stealing its trade secrets and technology from CorFire to develop Apple Pay. It claimed that the technology behind Apple Pay was created by CorFire, a company Fintiv acquired in 2014. The NDAs that Apple signed in 2011 and 2012 to license CorFire's mobile wallet technology were also allegedly broken.
