Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, the Palestinian Authority and the Arab League released a joint statement rejecting US President Donald Trump's advice to shift Palestinians from Gaza and West Bank. Trump had floated the idea last month, saying he would urge the leaders of Jordan and Egypt to take in people from Gaza amid Israel-Hamas war.
