Vishal Pachaar completed his B Arch in 2020 but decided to pursue beekeeping. He set up Jagdev Organics in Haryana in 2023. The start-up offers organic honey, pollen, beeswax, and other products in India and Dubai. With revenues of ₹1.15 crore in FY25, it has received support from Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana for innovation and training farmers in best practices.
