Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has questioned BJP-led Centre's ₹1,600 crore aid to Punjab amid deadly floods in the state. "What will happen with ₹1,600 crore?...Punjabis abroad can collect ₹1,600 crore-₹2,000 crore within one hour by posting an appeal on radio. Are they joking with us?" said Mann. He also denied BJP's claim that his government has ₹12,000 crore unutilised funds.
