Major Rohit Bachwala, an Army doctor posted at Jhansi Military Hospital who was headed to Hyderabad, helped a woman deliver her baby on a foot-over bridge at Jhansi railway station in UP. Bachwala used a pocket knife, hair clips and dhoti in the process, while Railways women staff secured the area. The mother and newborn are stable post-delivery, Bachwala said.
