A serving Army jawan has been arrested more than a week after he allegedly sexually harassed a tribal woman in Bari Brahmana of Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district, police said. The accused reportedly dragged the second-year BSc student to an isolated place when she was on her way back home. He fled the scene after the woman raised an alarm.
