An Army jawan, Kapil Kavad, was tied to a pole and assaulted by toll booth staff in UP's Meerut after he objected to the long queue, police said. Kavad was returning to Delhi to join his duty in Srinagar, police added. A video shows several men beating the jawan with sticks. Police said four people have been arrested.
