Army officer, who assaulted four SpiceJet airline ground staffers at the Srinagar airport over excess luggage charge, has reportedly filed a case against the airline accusing it of mistreating him. A video of the incident had also surfaced, showing the officer beating the employees. The assault incident ended up in a spinal fracture to one of the staffers, SpiceJet said.
