A cloudburst was reported in Himachal Pradesh's Kinnaur district on Wednesday evening. The Indian Army was also called in to help the local administration in a rescue operation where it deployed its new generation equipment. The Logistics Drone High Altitude (LDHA) system was used to ferry essential items, including eatables, across the floodwaters through the night.
