Arsenal have reportedly pipped Tottenham Hotspur to reach an agreement in principle to sign English winger Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace. It is understood that Arsenal offered £60 million with £8 million in add-ons for the services of the 27-year-old to Crystal Palace just hours after Tottenham Hotspur had agreed a deal for him on Wednesday, August 20.
