Supreme Court has reacted to BJP leaders criticising its order to set a deadline for the President over bills. "You want us to issue mandamus [to President]? As it is, we're alleged to have encroached upon parliamentary and executive functions," it said while hearing a plea seeking direction to invoke Article 355 in West Bengal following Murshidabad violence.
