Madhya Pradesh PWD Minister Rakesh Singh said, "As long as there will be roads, there will be potholes", adding that he doesn't think there's any road in the world where potholes don't appear. The minister then clarified his remark saying, "If a road has completed 4 years, with its durability being 5 years, maybe potholes will form after 4 years."
