Former India head coach Ravi Shastri opined that the opening Test of the upcoming Ashes series, played at Perth, will decide fate of the series as Australia is known to dominate at Gabba, the venue for second Test. He noted that if Australia skipper Pat Cummins skips first Test, it allows England to "make a statement", which doesn't happen often.
