Congress leader Supriya Shrinate on Monday criticised BJP over the 'Vande Mataram' controversy. She said, "If we ask ten BJP leaders to sing Vande Mataram...they won’t be able to go beyond first line." Shrinate added that Vande Mataram stands for unity, asserting that RSS had no connection with it and never sang it- just as it never hoisted Tricolour.
