FIDE President Arkady Dvorkovich said he had urged former world champion Vladimir Kramnik to be "less aggressive" in his online chess cheating allegations regarding some players, including Daniel Naroditsky. He added that cheating accusations went in the "wrong direction". Dvorkovich noted that though he had asked Kramnik to provide evidence supporting his claims, he never received any.
