Family of a retired soldier, Hakimuddin Shaikh who fought in 1999 Kargil war, alleged that they were asked to prove their citizenship after a group of 30-40 men and Pune police arrived at their home on Saturday night, TOI reported. However, police said they weren't accompanied by any third party and that they acted on information about suspected illegal immigrants.
