Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Friday that he has issued 'shoot at sight' orders after beef was reportedly found nearby a temple's premises in Dhubri on Eid. "If required on the coming Eid, I myself will guard Hanuman Baba's temple all night long," CM Himanta posted on X. He added that "investigation is underway" in the case.
