Parmanand Malik, a 79-year-old retired Delhi Police ASI from Bahadurgarh, Haryana, continues to defy age with his remarkable athletic pursuits. He has won 316 medals so far, including three golds in javelin throw, hammer throw, and discus throw at the 2025 Delhi Masters Athletics Championship. Malik is now preparing to represent India at the World Veterans (Masters) Athletics Championship.
