At least 15 million people aged 13-15 use e-cigarettes globally, estimated World Health Organisation (WHO). On average, young people are nine times more likely to vape than adults in countries with data, it added. Over 100 million people vape, including 86 million adults, mostly in high-income countries. WHO official Etienne Krug said, E-cigarettes drive a "new wave of nicotine addiction".
