Lawyer Dinesh Mishra, who represented techie Atul Subhash in the family court, stated that Atul's monthly income in Bengaluru was approximately ₹84,000. In July, the Family Court of Jaunpur ordered monthly alimony of ₹40,000 for Subhash's child. The lawyer said that since the wife has good earnings, the family court did not order any maintenance for the estranged wife.
