The auditors investigating the 2012 coal scam under the then PM Manmohan Singh's government were given a small room next to a "stinking toilet" in the coal ministry, former CAG official P Sesh Kumar has revealed. "The auditing authorities were not welcomed...of the 200+ screening committee meetings, we got access to just 2-3 meetings," he stated.
