Autoriders International informed on Thursday that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday to consider a proposal for the issue of bonus shares subject to approval of the shareholders of the company. After the announcement, shares of the firm hit a 5% upper circuit to an all-time high of ₹2,255.25 per share.
