Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway in the past three months has witnessed over 10 tragic accidents. These accidents on the expressway has claimed over 15 lives. Following a surge in accidents, Karnataka's Kolar Police have now imposed a ban on two-wheelers, autos and tractors on certain sections of the highway. The police believe slow-moving vehicles are hazardous on the high-speed corridor.
