Faizabad's SP MP Awadhesh Prasad was seen reciting prayers at his residence as Milkipur goes for by-poll today. His son Ajeet Prasad is contesting the poll on SP's ticket against BJP's Chandrabhan Paswan. Milkipur seat fell vacant after Awadhesh Prasad, who was elected on SP ticket in 2022, resigned after being elected as MP in the Lok Sabha elections.
