The Ayodhya mosque plan has been rejected by the Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) over pending NOC (no-objection certificates) from government departments. The Public Works Department (PWD), Pollution Control, Municipal Corporation, and others have not yet given the NOC. This comes after five acres of land were allotted for the mosque's construction in accordance with Supreme Court's verdict.
