A new 200-km access-controlled expressway will soon connect Ayodhya and Varanasi, reducing travel time to two hours. Planned by NHAI, the high-speed corridor will also link with the Purvanchal Expressway, offering pilgrims from Delhi smoother access to both cities. The project is set to boost religious tourism, local economies, and real estate growth across eastern Uttar Pradesh.
