Wipro Founder Azim Premji has turned down Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah's request to let traffic pass through the company's Bengaluru campus to ease ORR traffic congestion, citing "significant legal, governance, and statutory challenges". Instead, he offered to fund a scientific study to solve the issue, which he said is unlikely to be solved by "a single-point solution or a silver bullet".
