A Bangladeshi criminal, who had entered India and had been hiding in West Bengal under the guise of a monk, was arrested on Saturday, police said. The man, identified as 60-year-old Mohammed Hashem Mallik, had been living in Nadia for the last 30 years, officials said. Blaming the TMC, BJP's Agnimitra Paul said, "Bengal has become safe haven for terrorists."
