The Bengaluru-Hyderabad Bullet Train project detailed project report (DPR) is being prepared, scheduled for submission in March 2026, reports claimed. The officials claim that the high-speed project between the two major cities will significantly reduce the travel time. Currently, it takes 19 hours to cover the distance between Bengaluru and Hyderabad, which will be slashed to 2 hours.
