Bengaluru police arrested two men for allegedly kidnapping and murdering a 13-year-old boy after demanding ₹5 lakh ransom. The burnt body was found near Bilwaradahalli. The accused, one known to the family, were caught in the same forest after attacking police and being shot in the legs. A separate FIR was filed under various sections and the Arms Act.
