Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike's ₹2.88 crore initiative to feed chicken rice to stray dogs has been put on hold, The New Indian Express reported. This comes as the BBMP was officially dissolved earlier this month. The newly formed Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA)'s Chief Commissioner reportedly said that it is now up to the five corporations to decide on the initiative.
