A Bengaluru-based software engineer received a piece of tile instead of the ₹1.87-lakh Samsung smartphone he had ordered from e-commerce platform Amazon, NDTV reported. The man had paid the full amount through his credit card. "This incident completely ruined the festive spirit we had been eagerly waiting to celebrate all year," he said. Amazon has refunded the amount to him.
