Harika, one of the people onboard the Hyderabad-Bengaluru bus that caught fire and killed at least 20 people, said the back door was broken and she jumped out from there. Another survivor Surya said, "Everyone saw it, those who had to get down got down." The bus caught fire after colliding with a two-wheeler.
