The Delhi High Court ruled that bail conditions preventing a doctor accused of medical negligence from running his own medical centre do not violate Article 19(1)(g) right to livelihood. The court said the doctor can still practise elsewhere, and such restrictions ensure fair investigation and prevent recurrence of similar offences during trial.
