Anurang Jain, the nephew of Bajaj Group Founder Jamnalal Bajaj's grandson Rahul Bajaj, has purchased a 5,600-square-feet villa in Maharashtra's Alibaug for ₹38.15 crore. The villa, located near Mumbai, has four private parking spaces and is part of the 100-acre Alibaug Townhouses project, also known as Lodha Alibaug. Jain paid ₹1.33-crore stamp duty and registration fee of ₹30,000.
