Bajaj Housing reported strong Q2FY26 performance with net profit up 18% YoY to ₹643 crore and revenue rising 14% to ₹2,755 crore. NII grew 34% YoY to ₹956 crore, while AUM expanded 24% to ₹2.27 lakh crore. Company maintained NIMs at 4% and reduced cost of funds by 34 bps sequentially. Home loans increased by 19%.
