Bangladesh has reported 115 dengue deaths so far this year, with one new fatality in the past 24 hours. Over 430 fresh cases raised the total to 28,632, according to DGHS. Currently, 1,281 patients remain hospitalised. Officials warn the changing strain of dengue is making treatment more difficult and cases more severe.
