Bangladesh reported nine more dengue deaths in 24 hours, raising the 2025 toll to 212, with 1,042 new cases. Dhaka and Chattogram were most affected. Currently, 2,439 patients are under treatment. The DGHS has instructed hospitals to set up dedicated dengue wards, emergency care, and specialist medical teams to manage and prevent further fatalities.
