Some Bangladeshi and Nepali-origin people were among the 14 fake 'babas' arrested by Uttarakhand Police under Operation Kalanemi, IG Nilesh Anand Bharne said. The babas are accused of forcibly converting women and linking them with terror activities. The police stated that over 5,500 people were verified, out of which 1,182 were investigated. Twenty FIRs were registered, and 14 were arrested.
