Bombay High Court rejected a PIL by a women's legal association asking it to form Internal Complaint Committees in the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and the Bar Council of India under the PoSH Act, 2013. The court observed that PoSH applies where there is a clear employer-employee relationship and that advocates are not employees of the Bar Councils.
