Delhi will observe back-to-back dry days this week, with all liquor shops, bars, and restaurants closed on August 15 and 16. The closures coincide with Independence Day and Janmashtami. These dry days are being mandated by the Delhi Excise Department. Hotels with the elite 1-15/L-15F liquor license will still be able to serve drinks to guests via room service.
