A homeowner was allegedly assaulted by a Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) staffer after he questioned staffer for pasting stickers related to a Scheduled Castes survey on his house without gathering any information from the household. A video of the assault has surfaced online. Suresh, the BBMP staffer, claimed the homeowner used abusive language and tried to hit him first.
