The BCCI has issued a medical update on Shreyas Iyer, who got admitted to ICU in Australia after suffering internal bleeding due to rib cage injury. "Scans have revealed...laceration injury to...spleen. He's under treatment, medically stable, and recovering well," the BCCI said. "The Indian Team Doctor will remain in Sydney with Shreyas to evaluate his day-to-day progress," it added.
