BCCI has reportedly approached the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to withdraw its insolvency plea against BYJU'S. If the withdrawal is granted, BCCI believes it would make other bankruptcy pleas against BYJU'S irrelevant, Livemint reported. The Supreme Court earlier set aside an NCLAT order approving a ₹158 crore settlement between BYJU'S and BCCI.
