A BDO in Bihar’s Katihar, who resigned alleging mental harassment and humiliation by SDO during electoral roll revision, has been suspended. "His reply to show cause notice served to him wasn't satisfactory," DM Manesh Kumar Meena said. He engaged in a smear campaign through social media and newspapers, and will also face departmental action for his conduct, Meena added.
