The Bombay High Court told actress Shilpa Shetty that if she wants to travel abroad, she must first become a government witness in the ₹60 crore fraud case, in which her husband Raj Kundra is also an accused. "If you say you have no connection with the company, get your husband to sign an affidavit," HC remarked.
