Thirty-four-year-old Ranvir Singh arrived at Delhi airport to drop off a cousin who is heading towards Dubai for work, but is stuck at the airport as over 400 flights have been delayed due to a technical glitch. "The food at the airport is so expensive, we can’t afford it. So, we have been starving since 8 am," he said.
